2 teaspoons tandoori masala
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon crushed Kasuri methi
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons cooking cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon lime juice

For Serving

¼ cup thinly sliced onions
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons finely chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 tablespoon cooking cream

Step 1

Remove the soya chaap from the chaap sticks and cut them into ½-inch pieces.
