Chicken Tenders

Chicken tender is a popular fast food item that is often loaded with unhealthy ingredients. These tenders are high in sodium, saturated fat, and calories. A typical order contains about 500-600 calories. In addition to these unhealthy ingredients, they are also filled with preservatives and artificial flavors. To make matters worse, many restaurants use deep fryers that have been linked to cancer. If you want to eat healthier, try making your own chicken tenders at home. You can easily make them without any harmful chemicals or additives.
