blueberries
Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits. I love them fresh, frozen, and even canned. Blueberries are great for their nutritional value and taste. They have many health benefits including being high in antioxidants and fiber. Blueberries are also known to help lower cholesterol levels and improve blood pressure. Blueberries are also rich in vitamin C, B vitamins, iron, copper, manganese, and zinc.

1. Blueberry Banana Bread
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of flour
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup oil
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup of blueberries
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a loaf pan. In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, eggs, oil, bananas, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add the blueberries and mix again. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Allow bread to cool before slicing.
