8 large eggs,
2 tablespoons Sriracha
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of lime juice
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
2 tablespoons of fish sauce

3 tbsp finely chopped carrot
Kosher salt

Directions for deviled eggs recipe


Step 1

Put the water and eggs in a saucepan and boil well. When the eggs are hard-boiled, turn off the heat, put a lid on the saucepan, and let the water cool down. Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, peel them and clean them.

Step 2
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Separate the yolk from the white, put it in a bowl, and mash it until smooth.

Step 3
To the yolks, add the Sriracha, mayonnaise, fish sauce, cucumber, lime juice, shallot, carrot, and salt to taste.
