2 cups of all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 cup of condensed milk
1/2 cup of water
4 tablespoons of melted butter
5 drops of vanilla essence


Method

1. Take a large pressure cooker and take out its rubber ring and make a whistle.

2. Next, in a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, water, sugar, condensed milk, and melted butter. And mix them well.

3. Now add vanilla essence and baking powder to the cake batter and mix till then. When the batter is smooth and there are no lumps, grease a baking pan with butter or ghee and pour the batter into it and stir gently.

4. Now, place an empty plate upside down inside the pressure cooker and carefully place the pan on top of it and close the lid. Lower the heat to a low setting and bake for 40 minutes

5. After 40 minutes, check by inserting a skewer into the cake, if it comes out dry, the cake is baked, and you can bake it for a few more minutes.

6. Wear gloves and take them out carefully. Now after it cools a bit turn it upside down on a plate and tap the bottom, your cake will come out of the baking pan. The cake is ready without an oven,

Tips

1. Use a good-quality aluminum pressure cooker with a capacity of at least 5 liters.

 2. You can use both salted and unsalted butter in the recipe.

3. Don't set the flame too high because it will burn your cake, which is not good!

4. Do not stir the cake batter too much. Once it reaches a thick and smooth consistency, stop there!
