- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of tamarind water
- Pinch salt
