Ingredients for chicken kebab recipe

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, 1 1/2-inch cubes 
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala 
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 
  • 2 tablespoons of tamarind water 
  • Pinch salt

Step 1

Preheat a grill to medium-high.

In a large bowl, mix together the ginger, mint, garam masala, sugar, tamarind water, and salt. Add the chicken and mix well. Cover the pot and marinate in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to 2 hours.
