Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Kabobs


  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves (approximately 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices.
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro.
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges, and separate.
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 10 cherry tomatoes.
  • 1 lime, juiced.


Instructions for Chicken Kebab Recipe


Step 1

Mix cumin, olive oil, salt, chopped cilantro, pepper, and lime juice in a dish. Add the chicken, and mix well. Cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least one hour.


Step 2

Preheat the grill to high heat.


Step 3

Thread onions, chicken, zucchini, tomatoes, and red bell peppers onto skewers.


Step 4

Brush the grill with oil, and cook the chicken kebabs on the hot grate—Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the chicken is evenly cooked.
