  • 1 pound of chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch pieces.

  • Grilling Spray
  • ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade
  • 1 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise, into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  • 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • ½ medium red onion, 1-inch pieces

Directions for Grilled Chicken Kabobs


Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Combine soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Thread pieces of tomatoes, chicken, onion, and zucchini on each skewer.
