aloo paratha recipe
Ingredients.
- 5 potatoes
- Onion 1 no
- Green chilies 3 pcs
- Salt to taste
- A few fenugreek seeds
- Dry Coriander 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Wheat flour for bread
- For frying ghee
Recipe:
Add salt to the flour and knead it well. Boil the potatoes and peel them and keep them in a place. Mix all the spices in the potatoes. Then make small balls of dough. Roll one pan and apply ghee on it, then add potatoes and spices and take another pan and put it on the first pan and roll it like paratha first apply ghee on the Tawa and cook the paratha. Very tasty potato parathas are ready. Serve hot with a tasty salty lassi or pickle.
