Banana chaat


  • Four bananas
  • Roast and grind cumin seeds and half a spoon
  • Crushed Red Chilli 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
  • Tablespoons of sugar
  • Four tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste


    Fry half a teaspoon of cumin seeds dark brown on a hot pan and then take a thick coat with the help of a rolling pin or a rolling pin. Peel four bananas and cut them into a bowl. Now add half a teaspoon of roasted and ground cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of chaat masala, four teaspoons of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of ground red chilies, and four teaspoons of lemon juice, and salt to taste. Mix well and serve chilled.
